uk.news.yahoo.com/laws-cover-sports-fan-behaviour-231306942.htmlI always assumed it was an offence to throw things at players and set off pyrotechnics in the ground. Silly me. It's now a criminal offence to drink on hired transport going to a match - you can go to prison for it. Is it just me or can you think of a list of crimes that strike more fear into the heart of the average citizen than "drinking on a bus going to a rugby match"?

Its alright, in late August we're going on a trip to a North London tube station. Any attendance at a rugby match nearby is entirely co-incidental

And in a quality piece of thinking, there's no mention of the return journey. Guess it's all fine once the final whistle's gone

I seem to remember from uni its illegal to have an open container of alcohol on any moving vehicle. That said the bus drivers at bellamy's were always happy with a small bribe

Perhaps one of our more scientific members could avoid the "open bottle" problem by developing an alcohol delivery system featuring a patch and vodka that has been spray dried under GMP conditions.
Richard, over to you...

Convenient, spill free and can be taped to leg for easy hiding when stopped by the police. All round package.
