Hi folks Looking forward to seeing you all at touch rugby at Rushcliffe 6-7pm on Monday night. I'm guessing some of you will have put on a few pounds over xmas and will be looking to shed the excess flab chasing me down after I've made one of my numerous clean breaks

The only numberous breaks you have clean or otherwise, is to have a breather

I've been in a 'fat club' style touch footy boot camp over the festive period-practising my war face and such like. i'm not coming to burn off excess pounds, i'm going to close down the joe show once and for all.

So joe, was it a christmas hangover or was it just that nerves set in once we got a decent turnout. The Shep dummy was nowhere to be seen last night !!!!

I've always thought there wasn't enough trash talk in touch. Next week, Shepherd, I'm taking you to school...

There was many a dummy yesterday, only none of you sods fell for it. it's only taken you 4 years to suss out my gameplan... Back to the drawing board for me. I'll come up with some brilliant skills to humiliate Mr Gorvett (he was poor last night wasn't he?)
